We provide many levels of support to fit your companies needs. A lot of issues can be resolved via remote support by calling our office and we use Logmein Rescue to provide a secure connection and help troubleshoot the issue.
We can also be onsite for when the issue requires it. We have a staff of technicians who communicate effectively with you to solve your issue and explain any changes needed forward and/or how to avoid the issue in the future.
We can also provide scheduled onsite training for staff and schedule maintenance visits to make sure issues are minimized in the first place.
